How to upload CSV

Learn how to upload your CSV data to INSIA in a few clicks!

Our video tutorial will walk you through the process of uploading your CSV data to INSIA in an easy-to-follow manner.

To get started with connecting your CSV data, click on the 'Data Connect' option in the 'Admin Portal' (find it in the left navigation bar). Now, you will see a screen with all the available connectors.

Steps:

  1. Select the CSV option.

  2. You will see two tabs on your screen- 'New File Upload' and 'Previous Uploads'. To upload your CSV data, you will need to stay on the 'New File Upload' tab. Here you will see 3 options on your screen: 1. New Table Creation

    2. Edit Loaded Table

    3. Load Data to Existing Table

    (Note- you must first create a table to use the "Edit Loaded Table" and "Load to existing table" features.)

  3. To upload your CSV data, select 'New Table Creation', give your table a name and 'Upload New File' by selecting a CSV file from your local machine.

    (Note- Make sure that your file is a comma separated UTF-8 or UTF-16 file with no merged cells.)

  4. Once you've selected your CSV file, click 'Upload'. Your CSV file is now integrated with INSIA!
