Platform settings help users to manage and configure a few aspects of the INSIA platform as per their requirements. In this article, we will talk about all three of them.

Through the first tab of the Platform setting, you can make any Data Story Standard. It is as simple as selecting from the Non-Standard Data Story and then clicking on the Right arrow to move it to Standard Data Story. All your current My Data Stories will show under Non-Standard Data Story. Please note that the RBAC (Role Based Access Control) will still apply even for Standard Data Story.

If a user who doesn't have RBAC wants to make his data story Standard, he will have to share the data story write access with the Admin who will then add the Shared data story to his own My Data Story. After that the Admin will make that specific Data Story Standard through Platform Settings.

You can change the Year Frame for analysis from the General tab which is the second tab in the Platform settings.
