Visualization: Tables

Learn about INSIA's Table Visualization feature.

Updated over a week ago

The Table visualization form isn’t exactly a chart, but the representation of the searched data in a tabular format. Sometimes all you need is just a table to see all your data that may not fit in a visualization. Whenever you go about analyzing data on INSIA, you can switch to table form. You can also add them to your data stories for reporting/dashboarding.

For example, You want to see PO by Country. Where PO (Purchase Order) is a metric and Country is the dimension. In the table, the data is systematically presented using two columns. (One for the metric and one for dimension).

A table can represent any number of metrics and dimensions. It remains the default form of data representation for all those combinations of metrics and dimensions that cannot use by any of the other charts.
