Add your Teammates to Insia

Does your business have multiple Departments/Functions? If so, you might be wondering how to add them to INSIA. Right?

The good news is Insia.ai lets you add unlimited users so you can have all your team members become more data-driven and have a collaborative approach to managing analytics and data.

To add news users:

  1. Click on 'Admin Home' on the navigation bar

  2. Click on 'Users'. Now you should see all the existing users like this

  3. To add a new user click on the icon next to 'Users List' - like this

  4. Enter the required fields - First Name, Last Name, and Email ID

๐ŸŽ‰ Congratulations, you've now added your first users to Insia.ai

But wait... what if you have multiple users to add. Now, we don't want you to spend your day adding users - that's not productive. Right?

Don't worry! We've got you covered. Use 'Bulk Import' to upload from a list of users.

To bulk upload, click on the bulk upload button present on the top right side of the usersโ€™ side. A pop-up window prompts you to download the blank CSV template of the format in which user info should be stored. You are then required to add all the users to this blank template or create your CSV in the same format as all the users. Once done, you can upload the CSV file and all users would have been added to the admin portal. (I don't see the option on the platform)
